“Grow Your Business” at SOKC workshop
The Southwest Oklahoma City Public Library is ready to help to “Grow Your Business,” with a workshop looking at library resources for businesses. The class is set for 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 16, in the Computer Training Center of the library, 2201 SW 134th St.
Heather Thompson, one of two Business Outreach Coordinators for the Pioneer Library System, will present the class. She will give demonstrations of two of the databases offered by the Pioneer Library System for businesses or entrepreneurs.
BusinessDecision provides research numbers on consumer expenditures, as well as demographic and market segmentation data.
Reference USA is a database of more than 14 million U.S. businesses that contains verified, accurate data that is updated monthly.
The goal of the databases is to help businesses find the information they need to keep growing.
